Booking and Scheduling
How do I book a session?
Please use our contact form at the contact page. Provide your preferred dates, the purpose of the session, and any specific equipment requirements. Our team will review your request and typically respond within 24 hours to confirm availability.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, changes are possible. According to our cancellation policy, you may cancel your session free of charge up to 3 days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made after this window will be subject to the cancellation fees outlined in our terms.
Is there an age requirement for studio use?
Clients aged 16 and over may use the studio facilities without a guardian. For those under the age of 16, it is mandatory to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the duration of the session.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Depending on our current schedule, we may be able to accommodate urgent requests. Please reach out via the contact form immediately. While we strive to be flexible, we cannot guarantee availability for same-day or next-day bookings.
Recording Sessions
What is the maximum capacity of the studio?
Our studio can accommodate a maximum of 6 people simultaneously. If you are working with a larger ensemble or a full band that exceeds this limit, please consult with us during booking so we can propose an efficient recording plan.
What equipment and facilities are available?
Pipaniormanagement features an 85m² facility divided into 3 dedicated rooms: a live room, a vocal booth, and a control room. Our technical setup includes large-diaphragm condenser microphones, high-fidelity near-field monitors, and custom bass traps for precise acoustic control.
Can I request a specific engineer?
Yes. Depending on the nature of your project, we can assign the most suitable professional from our team, such as Chief Engineer Mana Inoue or Recording Engineer Kenji Ikeda. Please specify your preference when booking.
Am I allowed to bring my own equipment?
Absolutely. We encourage clients to bring their own instruments, effect pedals, or specific microphones if they have a particular sound in mind. We provide standard cabling, but please notify us if you require specialized connectors.
File Delivery and Data Management
In what formats are the final files delivered?
We typically deliver high-resolution WAV and MP3 formats. If you have specific requirements for sampling rates or bit depths, please let us know before the session begins. Multi-track data (stems) can also be provided upon request.
How long do you store my session data?
Pipaniormanagement maintains an archive of recording sessions for 12 months following the completion of the project. After this period, data is permanently deleted. We strongly recommend that clients secure their own backups within this timeframe.
Is there a limit to the number of mixing revisions?
For our Mixing and Mastering services, we include up to 3 rounds of revisions free of charge. Any subsequent requests or major structural changes to the arrangement after these rounds will incur additional fees.
How are the files transferred?
We primarily use secure cloud storage links for delivery. Alternatively, we can export files to an external drive provided by the client. Due to the large size of high-resolution audio, cloud delivery is our recommended method.
Rights and Legal Matters
Who owns the rights to the recorded music?
All rights to the recordings and the final master are transferred to the client once 100% of the service fee has been paid. Pipaniormanagement claims no ownership over the resulting work. However, the client is solely responsible for managing the copyrights of the performed compositions.
How is my personal data handled?
Your personal information is used exclusively for booking management and communication. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Is photography or filming allowed in the studio?
Yes, provided it does not interfere with other sessions. For commercial shoots or productions requiring large-scale equipment, please coordinate with our staff in advance to ensure the space can be properly managed.
When do I need to agree to the terms of service?
Agreement to our Terms of Service is required to finalize any booking. By submitting the booking request form, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to these terms.
